Costs depend on the type of care, hours per week, and the level of medical support needed. After a free assessment, your coordinator gives you a clear, itemised care plan and budget — no hidden fees, no long lock-ins.
Are your caregivers background-verified?
Yes. Every TLC caregiver goes through background and identity verification, professional training, and an in-person interview before they ever meet a family. We then match them to your loved one by language, personality, and needs.
Can I arrange care for my parents from abroad?
Absolutely — many of our care plans are arranged by sons and daughters overseas. Everything can be done remotely: video assessment, WhatsApp coordination, online payment, and daily photo and video updates so you always know how your parents are doing.
How quickly can care start?
In urgent situations — such as a hospital discharge — care can often begin within 48 hours. For ongoing care, we take a few extra days to make sure the caregiver match is right.
What if the caregiver isn't the right fit?
